How It Works

Setting Up Publer

From signup to scheduled posts in under 10 minutes. Follow these steps after you download your CSV.

Create your Publer account

Use our referral link to get the best deal — publer.com/SunCity123. Plans start at $8/month. Sign up with your business email, not a personal Gmail.

Connect your Facebook Business Page

In Publer, go to Accounts → Add Account → Facebook. Log in with the Facebook account that manages your Business Page. Select your page from the list — not your personal profile. Grant all requested permissions.

Connect LinkedIn

Go to Accounts → Add Account → LinkedIn. You can connect your personal profile or your Company Page — or both. Posts will be published to whichever you select when importing.

Import your CSV

In the left sidebar, click Bulk Scheduling. Upload the CSV you downloaded above. Publer will show you a preview of all posts with their scheduled dates. Select which accounts to publish to (Facebook, LinkedIn, or both), then click Schedule All. Done.

Review and adjust (optional)

After import, you can edit individual posts in the Publer calendar view — change dates, tweak wording, or swap out hashtags. The CSV gives you a solid foundation; polish anything that needs a local touch.
